No. 20 Hinomisaki Shrine
Bus: Approx. 45 min. from JR Izumo Station and approx. 20 min. from Izumo Taisha to Hinomisaki stop. Car: 35km from the San-in Expressway Shinji IC. (Approx. 50 min). Parking: Space for 5 buses near the entrance and space for 20 cars at the side of the shrine.
The shrine is painted bright vermillion and it is said that it was ordered by the Gods to protect Japan after nightfall.
